D31 descended on Sandy Bluff dog park for the 2nd year in support of our amazing sandy police department with funds raised going towards NNO 2024 & Sandy Shop with a cop.

2nd Annual Community Bingo Night

Our 2nd annual community bingo night was a huge success! We had so much fun + John was an amazing bingo caller! We can't wait to do it again next year (or maybe sooner)

Local Community Prayer Night

We had an amazing evening partnering with the guardian project - serve sandy. 32 leaders in the faith community and business leaders gathered to pray for our community and talk about new ways to support and encourage our community as a whole

2023 WOmen's Self Defense Class with mt hood jiu jitsu

Mt Hood Impact Jiu Jitsu partnered with D31 to teach women how to defend themselves in potentially life threatening situations!
❤️ Taught 12 women the life saving art of Jiu Jitsu

A local favorite came back for it's 2nd year! santa & mrs claus joined D31 and the community of sandy to share cocoa, cookies, free books & tons of fun!

Our biggest event EVER! D31 combined forces with the sandy police department to host national nightout!
National night out is held on the 1st tuesday of every AUgust across the country! This is a time for local police to develop relationships with the community and for the community to show their love and support!
This event was a labor of love for all involved.
Check out all that happened (+ if you missed it, come next year!)
❤️ Served OVER 600 people
❤️ Raised $2352 for Sandy's Shop With A Cop Program.
❤️ Had 72 volunteers from all over the community
❤️ Served a combined total of 712 volunteer hours
❤️ 20+ local companies donated to make the event a success
❤️ 6 Vendors hosted booths at the event
❤️ 16 carnival games (+ 1 awesome dunk tank, a jail to take the cops to jail, stages of a police officer, parkour course & much more)
❤️ Over $1500 in raffle items donated and raffled off to the community!

D31 raised $585 for the sandy police department's shop with a cop program. This event has made christmas possible for 5 kids!
The paint day events at the d31 foundation included 39 participants (between 2 events) + a team of 6 volunteers (a combined total of 50 volunteer hours on + leading up to the event.
During the paint day events we:
❤️ Served 39 people.
❤️ Raised $585 for Sandy's Shop With A Cop Program.
❤️ Showed our support for the community.
❤️ Had a great time.

D31 backs the blue. We love our local police department and flop with a cop was the beginning of our quarterly support. We taught kids in the community how to flip not flop! Our local Police department came and had lunch with the kids and fielded all of their questions. pastor Jason came and shared a devotional time with the kids before lunch as well!

❤️ Every kid learned to flip!
❤️ 6 volunteers gave up 5 hours of their time for a combined total of 30 volunteer hours

D31 combined forces with Mt. Hood Impact Jiu Jitsu to serve 14 women. This class consisted of learning when, why and how to defend yourself about anyone. The staff at Mt Hood Impact jiu jitsu literally saved lives with their self defense education.

❤️ Had 7 volunteers donate 3 hours of their time for a combined total of 21 volunteer hours

D31 Was given the opportunity to host a parkour camp for special need kids attending Joni + friends week long camp! D31 was the winner in this event, the kids and families blessed our hearts and we cannot wait to go back and serve next year!
❤️ Served 17 special needs kiddos and their siblings/parents/support workers
❤️ Had 4 volunteers serve 11 hours each for a combined total of 44 volunteer hours
❤️ Drovwe fromo Sandy to Tillamook (+ met many people aloong the way)
❤️ Set up our portable parkour camp
❤️ Smiled for days aftewards

D31 hosted a wonderful group of volunteers at Oral Hull. Oral Hull's mission is to provide facilities, programs and services including social, educational and recreational activities for people who are blind or visually impaired
❤️ Hosted 14 volunteers who served for 5 hours each for a combined total of 70 volunteer hours
❤️ Mowed 3 acres
❤️ Weeded 6 large garden beds
❤️ Shoveled + spread 12 loads of bark
❤️ Cleaned up lots of Winter 2021/2022 storm damage

D31 hosted our 2nd annual Be Bold Jam! Our local parkour team hosted 18 kids for a fun day of training and competition!

D31 raised $613 for a local 12 year old facing NF1 through generous donations at the easter egg hunt!
Our easter egg hunt at the d31 foundation included 247 kids (between 2 events) + a team of 6 volunteers (a combined total of 50 volunteer hours on + leading up to the event.
During the Easter egg hunt we:
❤️ Hid a combined total of 2300 eggs!
❤️ Gave away $800 worth of gift cards, prizes and candy
❤️ Raised over $600 for Chloe's medical journey
❤️ Saw over 240 kids grin ear to ear!

D31 raised $187 for Echo Ranch through Event T-shirt sales!
Our service project at Echo Ranch includes 68 people volunteering a combined total of 278 hours on March 12.
During the Echo Ranch Clean Up, our volunteer group:
❤️ A large new outdoor riding arena was created to allow for more riding and opportunities!
❤️ A large 20'x30' structure was constructed for covering shavings
❤️ Mud in the pony paddock was scraped making a much happier space for the ponies at Echo Ranch
❤️ Old paint on the windows of the greenhouse was scraped off and made lovely
❤️ The garden was prepped, weeded, and made perfectly ready for spring!
❤️ During the clean up we also hosted a horse mini clinic and a parkour mini clinic for 18 kids!
Echo Ranch is a faith-based 501c3 organization, dedicated to offering an environment of support and encouragement. The Bible teaches that each person is unique and irreplaceable, loved by God, who has an amazing plan and purpose for their life.
Each guest who visits the ranch has the opportunity to spend time with one or more of our sweet horses who have suffered from neglect or abuse in their past.
The amazing connection between human and equine can happen through grooming, riding, liberty work or even just watching these majestic animals and can replicate our relationship with God and others. It is our desire that guests will learn to trust and grow in faith and confidence as they build a partnership with the horses and mentor.
Echo Ranch also offers other activities to our community such as gardening and arts and craft projects.

Our amazing team of volunteers gave over 50 hours preparing + carrying out this event
❤️ Reached out to local businesses for tax deductible donations
❤️ Prepped all the BINGO prizes
❤️ Loaded, unloaded and set up the Bingo hall at Mt Hood Center in Boring, Or
❤️ Welcomed and loved on over 60 community members making sure they had fun and new we were glad they were there
❤️ Tore down and cleaned up!
These kinds of free community events allow us to serve in a small way locally, get to know our community and love boldly!

Free Photos, Cookies + Cocoa with Santa & Mrs Claus

D31 raised $407 for Sandy/Boring Area Meals on Wheels through 100% direct donations at our free photos with Santa & Mrs Claus event!
Our volunteers dedicated a combined total of 88 hours preparing the property & event space for this day!
Our volunteer group:
❤️ Spread 8 loads of recycled concrete to level the parking & walking areas
❤️Spread 15 bales of straw to help create a less muddy walking area
❤️ Made over 200 cups of cocoa & kept it warm for families
❤️Picked up donations for local churches, families & companies to keep our costs low. Donations included stand heaters, tables, 2 huge 20'x40' tents, decorations, backdrops, tables, stanchions, cones, barricades, airpots & more.
❤️Dug out, cleaned up & burned hundreds of feet of blackberries.
❤️ Handmade from scratch 186 gluten free Christmas cookies
❤️ Handmade from scratch over 300 take home mini-cups of frosting to decorate Christmas cookies
❤️ Picked up donated store bought cookies
❤️ Coveted Backdrops created, delivered & set up an amazing custom backdrop for photos
❤️ Local community member and Christmas lover delivered & set up amazing Christmas decor in both tents & the photo area
❤️Took 305 family photos

Transitional Youth/
Braking Cycles

D31 raised $1017.55 for Transitional Youth/Braking Cycles through your donations & apparel sales!
Our service project at the Transitional Youth Fortify House included 62 people volunteering a combined total of 244 hours on May 23, 2021.
During our time at Fortify, our volunteer group:
❤️ Weeded the entire front of the property (over 75' long and 8' wide) and moved all the weeds to a burn pile.
❤️Stacked firewood along the garage to ensure a warm home this winter
❤️Stacked and move huge logs to different areas in the property and organized the log pile at the front of the property so it is accessible
❤️Deep cleaned the inside of the 140 year old community house making it fresh and sparkly clean for the house manager and residents!
❤️ Rebuilt the deck railing and stairs around the Fort (the house where the residents live). The deck and deck railing was damaged by the 2021 Winter storms (Thanks in large part to our volunteers from Walsh Construction!
❤️ Painted all of the bedrooms & the bathroom at the Fort with a fresh, lovely coat of paint!
❤️ Deep cleaned each room at the Fort.
❤️ Deep cleaned the kitchen in the Fort
❤️ Moved the old refrigerator out of the Fort and the newer one in
Transitional Youth is a 501(c)3 non-profit. Transitional Youth provides outreach, support, and housing to homeless and at-risk youth. We seek to transform both hearts and lives through compassion, guidance and the grace of God.

D31 raised $652.48 for Echo Ranch through apparel sales!
Our service project at Echo Ranch includes 58 people volunteering a combined total of 174 hours on March 13.
During the Echo Ranch Clean Up, our volunteer group:
❤️put up the extended garden fence - this will make it possible the ranch to grow beautiful flowers to sell at the roadside stand this year and bring in additional income!
❤️added new garden rows in preparation for our roadside flower stand
❤️weeded current flower and veggie bed to prepare them to be planted! All of this benefits Echo Ranch both financially as well as personally
❤️spread gravel in horse loading sheds for mud control - thank God for this!! All the folks that regularly volunteer at Echo Ranch (& the horses) are thankful that this mud control is happening!
❤️picked up massive amounts of broken plastic pots left behind from previous tenants - this was a huge help to create a safe area with no sharp plastic pots for the horses to go!
❤️ Cleaned 15 horse stalls, washed stall walls, spread chips, & washed buckets!
